When is a good time to book my newborn session?
When is a good time to book my baby's first birthday session?
Where will my session take place?
How soon after the session will I see the images?
Will I get a print release to the photos after the session?
Do I have to order prints through you?
Let me know your due date. However, get in touch with me to schedule your newborn session when you and baby are settled in and ready. Ideally, I’d love to shoot the session within the first 10 days of baby’s arrival. I prefer to schedule newborn sessions during the week, in the morning/early afternoon. You and I will both be working around baby’s schedule though...it’s all about them.
Ideally, before they start walking and/or around their 11th month so that you can have photographs back before their first birthday party.
Newborn sessions can take place either in my Telford studio or in your home. Personally, I don’t believe that newborns and their new parents should have to leave the house so soon after having brought this sweet little bundle home but, the decision is totally up to you.
First birthday sessions take place in studio.
My typical turnaround is 10 days. When your images are ready, you will receive an email with a link, username and password to view the images from your session.
Yes! If you purchase the USB of digital images, you will also get a full print release that allows you to print your images through a vendor of your choice.
I highly recommend it. However, you can also order through one of my professional vendors. The difference in quality is huge when it comes to ordering through a professional lab, so I encourage clients to let me help with prints! The ultimate goal however, is that you print your images!
